Guide to Searching...
Search: To start a Search:-
· Enter a Search Term or Terms
· Choose a method to search by e.g. Anyword, Topic, Version Number, Menu Option
· Then either press Enter or
· Click on the Search button
Limit by Year Completed:
You may restrict your search to topics completed in a specific period by entering the years in the From and Through to boxes.
View Term...
Browse Index: To Browse search terms:
· Enter Search Term
· Click on the Browse Index button to display a list of similar terms.
· Click on the word to see the list of topics linked to that term.
Clear Screen - will reset all fields ready for a new search.
Searching by a nominated Phrase…
Phrase Searching:
This is an alternative to the usual Keyword searching and is applicable only to the Topics, Screen Number, Menu Option or Subject Searches.
The "phrase" entered must result in an exact match, or you must have an asterisk * at the end of the search term.
